  • Ponce de Leon Hot Springs resides in the hills behind this development.
  • Starting the drive back SR150.
  • Entering the CNF. I believe Fenn's treasure is hidden on National Forest land.
  • It was difficult to find a place to pull off the road.
  • Molly and I walked through the snow to get to the Rio Hondo. The snow was deep and sometimes we fell through to my knees and her belly. She walked gingerly, anticipating each step.
  • The stream was beautiful with the snow-covered forest.
  • What I call the palisades as we got closer to Taos Ski Valley.
  • Lots of snow!

  • I ate my favorite sandwich at the Taos Cow...turkey and brie. Followed by a Mexican chocolate cinnamon ice cream cone. Yum...Molly agrees.
  • Here is Devon hitchhiking to the end of the road. I watched him the entire time I ate the ice-cream. Since no one stopped, I gave him a lift to his car.
